沙田中心2房累減$113萬至$537萬易主

中原地產沙田豪宅大圍站分行區域營業經理敖國偉表示，日前促成沙田中心唐寧大廈(D座)中層B室，實用面積347平方呎，建築面積432平方呎，2房間隔，叫價約$650萬，買家還價後最終以$537萬將單位沽出，累減$113萬，實用面積平均呎價$15,476。

中原敖國偉指，新買家為用家，原業主於2014年2月以$435萬買入單位，持貨8年，賬面獲利$102萬，單位期內升值約23.4%。
