香港文匯報訊市傳近期活躍於觀塘地廠的投資者看好油塘區未來發展前景，剛斥資約9,500萬元購入油塘茶果嶺道生利工業中心地下1號及地下一層1號地廠。中原(工商舖)陳錦倫表示，市場消息稱上述物業剛告易手，單位面積合共約26,572方呎，按成交價計算，呎價約3,575元。原業主帳面大幅賺約8,000萬元。物業以連租約方式交易，現租客作貨倉之用，租金約16萬元，新業主將可享約2厘回報率。
