樓市速遞：永利200車位標售

香港文匯報訊　(記者梁悅琴)由一名獨立投資者持有的柴灣柴灣道永利中心200個車位公開招標出售，意向價9,000萬元，即每個車位市值45萬元。

負責招標工作的高力國際物業投資服務部助理董事劉智珊表示，此名投資者於1994年買入此批車位，包括二樓13-31號、三樓1-54號、四樓1-54號及五樓1-56號，目前由帝豪停車場公司營運，淨月租28萬元。而此物業可以公司股權轉讓形式出售，買家購入車位後亦可分拆出售，增加投資吸引力，而截標日期為11月28日。
