香港置業陳偉材表示，該行日前獲業主委託出售柴灣道33號永利中心2樓至5樓車位，入場費為70萬元起，涉及200個車位。

柴灣永利中心是次折售車位涉及200個車位，當中2樓佔36個、3樓佔54個、4樓佔54個，而5樓則設23個露天車位及33個有蓋車位。為增吸引力，更保證買家購入首年享4%租金回報。

港置表示，物業地理位置理想，距離港鐵柴灣站僅約5分鐘路程。而且，區內一帶車位向來有價有市，如3月有投資者拆售高威閣首批25個車位，開售不足半小時迅速沽清，隨後物業更有車位以153萬元成交，創出柴灣區單一車位造價新高紀錄。
