香港文匯報訊　核心區商廈供不應求，大面積優質商廈更是炙手可熱。美聯商業麥世強表示，該行剛促成中環擺花街嘉寶商業大廈25樓頂層全層租務成交。單位面積約2,930方呎，實用率高達7成，成交呎租約30元，涉額約87,900元，屬市價成交，新租戶為科技公司。據美聯商業資料顯示，該廈租金平均24至30元，其中9月錄得3宗租務成交，分別為506室、906室及706室，成交呎租同樣約30元。
