　香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）鑑於銀行按揭利率趨升及預期本地經濟轉弱，太興置業(0277)公布，以7,770萬元向王祥金或其提名人出售位於尖沙咀樂道3號永樂大樓的地下舖位，建築面積約300平方呎，呎價25.9萬元，太興置業於2008年以3,350萬元購入有關物業，預期出售後實現約1,750萬元之溢利，所得款項將用作償還銀行貸款及增加集團之營運資金儲備。該公司表示，銀行按揭利率趨升及預期本地經濟轉弱，因此現時為適當時機出售該物業。
