世紀21富山-劉倩董事表示，新近促成為樂富嘉強苑居屋單位，剛售出為B座高層03室，單位實用為407平方呎，2房向南享開揚景觀單位，剛以居二市場價$380萬成交，實用面積平均呎價為$9,337。

據了解單位業主放盤僅一個月，原叫價$398萬，最終輕微減價$18萬成交，減幅4.5%。由於原業主早於2001年以$116萬(未補地價)購入至今，持貨24年帳面升值$264萬，期間市值勁升近2.3倍。
