她表示，支持港府增加房屋供應，協助基層上樓；對於當局調整「辣招」，她認為社會發展不可無措施，即使調整市場亦會消化。

永倫轉攻工商項目

另一方面，永倫集團老闆倫志炎稱，看好港島及九龍地段物業，未來會着眼工商項目，減少住宅投資。市場資料顯示，倫氏今年頻頻減磅，先後沽出名下鴨脷洲海怡半島及觀塘麗港城等收租單位套現。
