香港文匯報訊（記者蘇洪鏘）資深投資者林子峰將旗下深水埗商場打造成商務中心，並於昨日分拆成約80個單位出售，開售後1小時內旋即沽清，套現約1.5億元。

林氏於今年4月斥資約5,500萬元購入深水埗青山道金盟大廈地下至3樓，並最近命名為SoHo West西九龍商務中心。中原(工商舖)黃東雄表示，該項目自上周推出市場，並開放現樓，不少單位售價更低於100萬元，連日來共錄得逾400個入票認購申請，超額認購約5倍，入票準買家以用家及投資者各佔一半。項目於昨傍晚6時半以公開攪珠形式進行開售，該批單位於1小時內均獲承接，料可為業主套現約1.5億元。

據介紹，該項目屬商舖契商務中心，提供約80個服務式辦公室，單位實用面積由約100方呎至300方呎不等，意向售價約30餘萬元起，意向呎價則約2,000餘元起，業主更提供首2年5厘回報保證。
