東瀛遊廣場全層1.2億沽

9樓獲內地企業斥資約1.2億元購入全層，呎價9,976元，創該廈新高。隨着該新高成交個案出現後，個別更高層的單位業主即時提高叫價20%。

中原(工商舖)工商部高級營業董事陳錦倫表示，東瀛遊廣場29樓全層，面積約12,029方呎，成交價約1.2億元，平均呎價約9,976元，物業以交吉形式易手。買家為內地企業，今番買入單位計劃自用。原業主2008年以約5,654萬元購入，今番賬面獲利1.12倍。

同棟單位叫價調高兩成

陳氏續稱，今番成交呎價創東瀛遊廣場新高紀錄，成交金額亦為該廈歷來最大金額的個案。資料顯示，今番物業為今年度唯一買賣成交個案。而隨着該新高成交個案出現後，個別更高層的單位業主即時提高叫價，如一高層全層，面積約10,875方呎，意向呎價由10,000元升至12,000元，升幅達兩成，此單位更是現時該廈唯一全層放售盤源。
