　中原(工商舖)寫字樓部高級營業董事蔡德寶表示，灣仔軒尼詩道393至407號東區商業中心12樓全層，建築面積約4,542平方呎，以連租約形式易手，呎價7,700元，涉資約3,497萬元，買家為長線投資者。樓層分有6個單位，租金回報約3.2厘水平。據悉，原業主於今年2月以每平方呎約6000元購入，持貨僅半年，轉手獲利約771萬元，物業升值約28%。
