　香港文匯報訊　香港置業林偉文表示，油麻地碧街38號協群商業大廈地下H舖及附屬部分放售，地舖面積佔約300方呎，連約280方呎天井，總樓面面積約580方呎，以連約形式出售。現由兩組租客承租，每月租金收入約4.2萬，租金回報約2.5厘，業主意向金額約1,980萬元。

　此外，土地註冊處資料顯示，「南丫島島主」李建強以2.7億元購入油麻地彌敦道534至538號嘉榮大廈地下3號舖，舖位面積約3,400方呎，舖位現由內衣店租用，月租25萬元，租金回報僅1.1厘，據悉，租約即將完結。買家為建王有限公司，公司董事為李建強。原業主於2006年12月以6,500萬元購入，現物業易手賬面獲利2.05億元，物業6年多升值約3.15倍。
