香港文匯報訊 (記者梁悅琴) 元朗多個新盤搶攻下，嘉華國際總經理(香港地產)溫偉明昨表示，與信置夥港鐵合作的元朗朗屏8號收票理想，至昨晚累收超過600張票，以首批208伙計已超額登記約1.9倍，將視乎反應公佈銷售安排。

他稱，昨日到荃灣售樓處參觀示範單位現人潮，反映市民對長遠持有物業有信心，雖然元朗有多個新盤推出，但各有特色，朗屏8號是當中少數毋須交通轉駁的「港鐵盤」，具地利優勢。

5新盤齊發一手沽33伙

此外，昨日5個新盤合共推售63伙，連同其他推售中新盤，一手盤昨售出33伙。其中元朗映御推出30伙，售出12伙、元朗世宙推出4伙，連同該盤推售中單位售出10伙、大角咀利奧坊．曉岸推出18伙，售出3伙、西營盤??山推出10伙，售出2伙及紅磡何文田山畔推出1伙，已沽出。

維壹1.35億售出連天台戶

英皇國際於西營盤維壹昨以1.3505億元售出42樓連2,141平方呎天台、兩個車位及5個電單車位，實用面積2,600平方呎，實用呎價約51,942元，為維壹開售以來實用呎價最高之成交。而東涌昇薈、筲箕灣柏匯、西營盤星鑽及馬鞍山迎海．駿岸各售1伙。
