　香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）由老牌家族持有的8個灣仔會景閣高層單位正聯合放售，部分連租約，叫價1.57億元，總實用面積6,102方呎，實呎價25,700元。

　韋堅信測量師行指，該8個單位包括1個相連單位及6個分層單位，其中相連單位實用面積2,333方呎，其餘6個單位實用面積由417方呎起至逾1,000方呎，其中6個連租約出售，合計每月租金收入約二十多萬元，連同待租的單位的市值租金，回報逾3厘。
