　香港文匯報訊　(記者周穎）土地註冊處指出，灣仔會展廣場辦公大樓28樓全層，面積16,518呎，以3.74億元售出，呎價22,700元，買家為香港聯合工程技術公司，購入作公司總部。該公司具中資背景，承造道路工程。原業主於2003年以7,200萬元購入，大幅獲利3.02億元，物業9年升值4.2倍。

　中原(工商舖)歐嘉麗表示，小西灣永泰道60至70號柴灣工業城一期高層1至8號、13號及14號室，總建築面積約佔14,663呎，連車位出售，意向價約5,572萬元，折合呎價約3,800元。業主從事建築行業，於2003年起先後購入該物業，並為提高物業價值，向地政總署申請透過補地價方式把上址1至7號室約一萬平方呎之樓面更改土地用途至寫字樓用途。按現時市值呎租約12元推算，買家可享接近3.8厘回報。
