香港文匯報訊（記者梁偉聰）豪宅市道暢旺，百利保（0617）及富豪酒店（0078）斥資逾1,100萬元翻新旗下元朗彩虹軒10伙洋房，計劃月內推售。百利保執行董事兼首席營運官范統表示，10伙洋房將於本周上載價單，月內推售，示範單位亦於周內開放。他對豪宅市場有信心，指買家不介意豪宅價錢升幅，反而認為升幅越大，越多買家入市。

元朗洋房呎價或低於1.6萬

彩虹軒共16個單位，2004年沽出6伙，餘下10伙將全數推出。發展商昨日開放的示範單位，包括1座B室，實用面積1,571方呎，連540方呎天台；以及1座A室，實用面積1,289平方呎，連565平方呎花園。而2座A室則以交樓標準呈現，實用面積1,544平方呎，連540平方呎天台。

范統表示，彩虹軒價格參考同區物業及成本價，價單平均呎價料低於1.6萬至1.7萬元。

另外，范統透露，百利保旗下丹桂村路洋房項目富豪悅庭正在準備示範單位，最快今年尾至明年初公開發售。

對於美國或在9月加息，范統認為，加息幅度低且速度慢，對市場影響不大。
