- The Arles To Launch 15 Units For Sale Mid-week
(Chow Hiu-ching) The Arles in Fo Tan, developed by Centralcon Properties, launched sales week after week, following last Saturday's sale of 11 units on Wednesday (13th), yesterday, another four units will be launched for sale on Thursday, with a range of one to three bedrooms, and the entry unit is 35th Floor, unit G of Block 5, with a discounted price of HK$7.8 million. The project’s Block Five show flats attracted more than 1,000 visitors over the weekend.

The project’s price list was updated on Thursday, with new additions of stamp duty payment discounts. Buyers can receive up to 17.25% discounts. Since the launch of The Arles, 874 units have been sold, which accounts for about 70% of the available units, generating more than HK$9 billion in sales with an average price of HK$20,369 per square foot.
