明珠台業主擬賠訂封盤

　香港文匯報訊　(記者梁悅琴) 樓市重現小陽春，小業主反價封盤不斷，西半山明珠台更有業主寧願賠訂封盤。

　消息指出，西半山明珠台低層一名業主上周初以3,000萬元出售其2,100呎單位，呎價14,285元，並已簽訂臨時合約，新買家已交5%樓價臨時訂金，即約150萬元。不過，業主近日看好後市，未有如期簽署正式買賣合約，並透過代理表示，寧願向準買家賠訂及封盤，但買家仍盼望成交，買賣雙方仍在拉鋸中。
