旺角「秘密花園」全數租出

香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）新鴻基地產將旺角通菜街1A-1L威達商業大廈地下至三樓翻新成美食銀座式商場，鬧市中的「秘密花園」Deli2，剛於6月7日正式開幕，新鴻基地產代理有限公司租務部總經理鍾秀蓮透露，Deli2已全數租出，預計每年可為集團帶來近1,885萬元租金收益（未計分成租金）。

料人均消費60至400元

Deli2位於旺角潮流重地，樓高三層，總建築面積超過2萬方呎，全部租客均為食肆，樓面每平方呎租金介乎58元至186元。由於Deli2舖面已全面租出，預計每年可為集團帶來近1,885萬元租金收益（未計分成租金）。鍾秀蓮表示，Deli2目標客群為介乎15至39歲、擁高消費力的年輕消費群，預計首年商場在餐飲方面人均消費，分別約60元至400元。

鍾秀蓮表示，選擇通菜街這個商場為翻新項目，目標顧客是比較高端的消費客戶，以全新優格美食商場定位，匯聚日式、韓風、Fusion及地道菜色，打造鬧市中的「秘密花園」。

Deli2食店包括充滿歐陸風味美食咖啡屋「SCHWAZ CAKE & COOKIES@Homestyle Cafe」、五星級酒店自助餐式火鍋放題「盛八日式火鍋放題店」、韓風新星「梨滿園韓國料理」、日式放題熱店「築地番本日式放題」、更有人情風味懷舊地道餐廳「香港18餐廳」及有12年歷史的「妹記大排檔」首度進駐商場！此外，「譚仔三哥米線」都於Deli2開業。
