美聯物業將軍澳天晉分行高級分區營業經理黃麗貞表示，該行近日促成日出康城Montara第2A座低層C室，實用面積510平方呎，2房間隔。據悉，原業主開價$890萬放盤，新近獲區用租客斥資$868萬承接，實用面積平均呎價約$17,019。

據了解，原業主於2019年5月以$787.5萬購入上述單位，持貨超過3年時間，帳面獲利$80.5萬，單位升值約10%。
