據了解，買家為首置客，心儀物業位於地鐵站上藍，並鄰近跨海大橋基建，交通便利，另外，設有大型商場，配套齊全，加上環境清幽，故在睇樓數次後決定承接。原業主於2019年7月以約$829.8萬購入上述單位，SSD剛鬆綁轉售帳面賺約$178.2萬，物業升值約21%。
