美聯物業將軍澳維景灣畔分行高級分區營業經理陳國浩表示，該行近日促成日出康城GRAND MONTARA三房戶成交，成交單位為GRAND MONTARA第1A座低層A室，實用面積789平方呎，屬於3房套連儲物室間隔，四正企理，單位開價$1,238萬，減價$20萬，以$1,218萬易手，實用呎價$15,437。

資料顯示，原業主於2019年7月以$1182.7萬購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利$35.3萬，惟計及稅項後僅平手離場。
