新地荃灣地盤 棄住宅建商廈

香港文匯報訊(記者 顏倫樂)新地及相關人士持有的荃灣傅屋路13至17號,現址為工廈。地盤2年前獲准建住宅,現時亦規劃為「住宅(戊類)」 用途,希望淘汰現有工業用途,但新地等認為發展未必可行,改作寫字樓發展會有利周邊環境,並為現有工業活動和住宅作緩衝。

傅屋路13至17號佔地約13,200方呎,擬以9.5倍地積比,於2層地庫上興建1幢25層的商業大廈及1幢4層高機電房及停車場出入口等,提供約12.54萬方呎樓面。另外,房委會就深水埗白田邨重建計劃向城規會申請放寬高度限制,下平台由100米改為122米(主水平基準以上,下同),上平台由120米改為130米,以提供5,900個公屋單位,平均單位面積約506方呎。
