香港文匯報訊（記者顏倫樂）新地及相關人士持有的荃灣傅屋路13至17號，現址為工廈。地盤2年前獲准建住宅，現時亦規劃為「住宅(戊類)」用途，希望淘汰現有工業用途，但新地等認為發展未必可行，改作寫字樓發展會有利周邊環境，並為現有工業活動和住宅作緩衝。

傅屋路13至17號佔地約13,200方呎，擬以9.5倍地積比，於2層地庫上興建1幢25層的商業大廈及1幢4層高機電房及停車場出入口等，提供約12.54萬方呎樓面。另外，房委會就深水埗白田邨重建計劃向城規會申請放寬高度限制，下平台由100米改為122米(主水平基準以上，下同)，上平台由120米改為130米，以提供5,900個公屋單位，平均單位面積約506方呎。
