政府下月拍賣港島10豪宅

香港文匯報訊　產業署計劃2月推出10個港島區豪宅項目推行拍賣，包括薄扶林碧瑤灣、碧林大廈、大坑愉富大廈及跑馬地比華利山，最平入場費1,680萬元。

美聯測量師行董事林子彬昨日表示，早前多次透過該行舉行的產業署港島豪宅項目的拍賣會反應均見理想，而踏入2015年將再接再厲，將於2月5日舉行今年首次拍賣會，推出合共10項港島區豪宅，包括5個碧瑤灣單位、1個碧林大廈單位、3個愉富大廈單位及1個比華利山單位。

比華利山1680萬最平

以開價金額計算，開價最低的為跑馬地比華利山A座1字樓A2室及停車場第1層120號車位，實用面積1,432方呎，開價1,680萬元。另外，開價最高為大坑愉富大廈A座20字樓2號室及A座第C1層35號車位，實用面積1,570方呎，開價為3,380萬元。

該行指出，如欲參觀是次拍賣單位的人士可於1月24日、25日、31日及2月1日參觀單位。
