申請將佐敦德成街2號百祥大廈建築物高度，由主水平基準以上80米放寬至91.6米，並減低住宅樓面，從而增加小型住宅單位，未來擬建1幢26層高住宅，提供260伙，但恒地一方近月撤回申請，相信是因為項目闖關的機會不高而放棄。據了解，該項目佔地1.06萬方呎，住宅樓面7.96萬方呎，平均單位面積約300方呎，非住宅樓面約9,977方呎。
