廖偉麟7900萬購堅拿道西舖

　香港文匯報訊　土地註冊處資料顯示，資深投資者廖偉麟以7,900萬元購入灣仔堅拿道西24至25號地下A及B舖連閣樓，地舖面積1,200方呎，閣樓面積600方呎，現租戶為廚具公司，每月租金約16萬元，租金回報約2.3厘。登記買家為鵬協有限公司。據了解，原業主於2011年1月以4,500萬元購入，是次轉售帳面獲利約3,400萬元，升值逾75%。

　中原(工商舖)梅景權表示，旺角信和中心地庫16及17號舖，其建築面積共約631方呎，成交價約2,630萬元，折合呎價約4.1萬元。該舖現由音響設備店承租，每月租金約8.95萬元，按成交價計算，買家可享逾4厘回報。據悉，原業主於2010年購入，當時作價約2,400萬元，今次易手帳面獲利約230萬元，物業2年升值接近10%。
