工廈車位買賣3連跌

 香港文匯報訊 (記者 周穎) 工廈車位需求下降,今年第三季工廈車位買賣登記錄得69宗,環比25%,宗數連跌3季,累跌59.2%,創7季新低;金額方面,買賣登記總值0.58億元,創6季新低,按季下降45%。

 中原地產研究部聯席董事黃良昇指出,登記宗數及金額均創新低,反映6月至8月間工廈車位市況處於偏低水平,交投相對淡靜。期內高額登記個案包括,田灣漁豐街3號大洋中心一籃子車位,成交價600萬元、荃灣柴灣角街83至93號榮興工業大廈一籃子車位,成交價328萬元以及荔枝角青山道481號二車位,成交價230萬元。

 按金額分類統計,各金額類型的登記宗數及金額均錄得按季下降。100萬元以上類型錄得12宗及0.23億元,按季下降14.3%及62.9%;50萬元至100萬元類型錄得37宗及0.27億元,按季下降7.5%及8.7%;而50萬元以下類型有20宗及833萬元,按季下降47.4%及42.9%。
