工廈買賣續破700宗

 香港文匯報訊 歐盟債務危機擴大,累及樓市氣氛轉弱,利嘉閣地產研究部主管周滿傑稱,各方資金不停湧入投資物業市場,帶挈工廈買賣登記宗數連續3個月超越700宗關口。同時,中原地產指出,上月工業樓宇「摩貨」錄得2.09億元,創九個月新高。

 根據利嘉閣(工商舖)資料,5月全港錄得751宗工廈物業買賣登記(主要反映2至4星期前工廈買賣市場實際市況),較4月的803宗輕微減少6%。期間大額買賣頻現,如價值2.55億元的鰂魚涌華蘭中心地廠及價值2.085億元的元朗工業村廠地轉手,推動當月大市成交總值超越40億元大關至41.41億元,惟數值較4月的49.57億元減少16%。

「摩貨」總值九個月新高

 另一方面,中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇指出,5月工業樓宇「摩貨」買賣合約登記總值2.09億元,創去年8月錄得2.69億元後九個月新高,較今年4月的2.02億元上升3.3%。宗數方面,5月工業樓宇「摩貨」買賣合約登記錄得68宗,較4月的63宗上升5宗或7.9%。反映5月間工業樓宇摩售活動相當活躍,投資氣氛十分熾熱。
