提起名店Outlet，相信很多港人及旅客會想起東涌東薈城，不過海怡半島原來也有一座名店Outlet，指的並不是海怡商場，而是距離海怡半島約15分鐘腳程的新海怡廣場。

新海怡廣場原名海怡工貿中心，位於鴨脷洲工業區內，前身為工廠大廈，活化後搖身一變成為名店Outlet。除了Armani、Burberry、Viviane Westwood、D&G及I.T. 等為人所熟悉的時裝名牌外，更有不少冷門品牌如Juicy Couture、Club Monaco及Folli Follie等。同時，大廈內亦有不少傢具店，頂層28樓的TREE內更有一間café，可以讓購物狂一邊休息，一邊再向家用品下手。

You can hoose to use HKD or Hsemoney to list the property. Hsemoney is the token bought in advance for the ease of posting more properties.

For property renewal, the charge is same as above.

The above price is valid for local Hong Kong 2nd hand property market. No oversea allowed. Moreover, if the listing is violated our listing rules, our admin would have chance to adjust the price.
