香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）豪宅市場轉旺，由鍾氏家族持有多年的山頂普樂道11號A3號屋趁勢委託第一太平戴維斯代理招標出售，7月22日中午截標。市場估計，此屋市值約2.8億元，實呎價約154,100元，建築面積呎價約93,489元。此屋以交吉交易。

物業於1988年落成，洋房面積1,817方呎，包括一個有蓋車位。普樂道11號共有五間獨立屋，每間獨立屋均坐擁維多利亞海景。

第一太平戴維斯住宅物業發展及投資部董事何家威表示，普樂道是香港其中一個最獨特及受愛戴的住宅地段，清幽寧靜的環境以及壯麗景觀都是其他住宅地段無可比擬的。普樂道11號對上一次成交已是八年前，可見這是市場上罕有的供應。
