屯門的新屯門中心減價$20萬至$400萬易主

祥益地產-黃慶德董事表示，成交單位為屯門的新屯門中心2座高層C室，實用面積462平方呎，2房。新買家為外區換樓客，主要物色可准許飼養狗隻的物業，而且上述屋苑為名牌發展商，加上單位位於高層，睡房可望開揚景觀，經議價後，原業主減價$20萬，新買家遂便決定FULL PAY以$400萬「即睇即買」上址自住，實用面積平均呎價為$8,658，屬市價成交。

原業主於1995年以約$108.5萬購入上址，是次轉手帳面獲利約$291.5萬。
