祥益地產-邱家邦董事表示，成交單位為屯門慧豐園1座高層G室，實用面積476平方呎，2房，據了解，租客原住所無法續租，有感碼頭區的環境及配套不俗，因此主要物色同區租盤，視察多個樓盤後，鍾情上述單位附雅裝，加上租金合理，遂便即時拍板以$1.25萬承租，實用面積平均呎租$26.3。

邱氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估價約$436萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.4厘。
