世紀21天生置業聯席董事何子邦表示，該行新近促成屯門(青山公路)愛琴海岸成交，單位為7座高層G室，實用面積490平方呎，屬2房間隔，座向東北享山景，物業原叫價$590萬，減價$85萬至$505萬獲用家承接，實用面積平均呎價$10,306。

據了解，原業主於2009年7月購入上述單位，當時作價$173萬，持貨13年至今轉售，賬面獲利$332萬，單位期內升值1.9倍。
