祥益地產-黃文樂經理表示示，成交單位為屯門居屋兆軒苑B座低層4室，實用面積407平方呎，2房。據悉，租客由於換樓並已購入物業，正等待收樓，因此需物色單位短租3個月，鍾情單位與舊址為同一屋苑，方便搬遷，加上區內可供短租盤源短缺，遂便決定以月租$1.1萬並且一次過繳付租期內的租金承租，實用面積平均呎租為$27。

黃氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估值約$285萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達4.6厘。
