屯門居屋兆畦苑短租盤以月租$1.05萬獲承租

祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示，日前促成一宗屯門居屋兆畦苑B座低層18室，實用面積443平方呎，2房，日前獲區內短租客承租。該租客鍾情單位鄰近原居所，方便搬遷及視察裝修進度，而且區內可供短租的樓盤短缺，上述租客遂便決定「即睇即租」，以月租$1.05萬承租單位，並一次過預繳租期內的租金，實用面積平均呎租為$23.7。

黃氏續稱，若以同類型單位現時的銀行估值價約$314萬(自由市場價)作計算，該單位租金回報率高達4厘。
