屯門丁屋改龕場獲鄉事支持爭闖關

　香港文匯報訊　(記者顏倫樂) 屯門楊青路西側的一幅地盤，早前向城規會申請將現址的6幢丁屋發展為骨灰龕場，申請獲得屯門鄉事委員會的支持，並且有多個鄰近地盤的村落亦表示支持，目前接獲的17個意見中，15個屬支持申述，令項目增加通過城規會的勝算，可望為該區增加多達8,000個龕位。

6幢丁屋重建提供8千龕位

　申請地盤位於屯門楊青路丈量約份第131約地段第667號，現被劃為「政府、機構或社區」用地，地盤面積約5,716呎，業主申請將現址6幢空置丁屋，發展為6幢2層高建築物，提供約8,000個龕位，總樓面約6,695呎。為解決節日交通擠塞的問題，申請人並建議預約拜祭方式及臨時交通管制措施。市場指，申請人為善果機構。

　據了解，項目位於裘錦秋中學(屯門)對面，該校亦有就申請遞交意見，立場中立，表示擔心龕場未來若進行法事會影響同學上課，又提到申請人雖留意垃圾站的安置問題。屯門鄉事委員會主席何君堯支持申請，認為可舒緩龕位不足問題，亦有多位村代表包括楊小坑村、龍鼓灘村，紫田村等呈交申述，稱申請包含綠化環境的元素，並遠離民居，故支持申請。
