居屋上月買賣17年新低

中原地產研究部昨日指出，11月居屋第二市場買賣成交暫時錄得58宗，總值2.15億元，較10月的63宗及2.28億元，分別下跌7.9%及5.7%。宗數創1998年8月47宗後的逾17年新低，而金額是創2012年1月1.64億元後的近四年新低。成交宗數連跌六個月，累計下跌66.7%。

11月買賣成交金額最高的是筲箕灣東濤苑一高層單位，成交價錄650萬元，兼創歷史次高，僅低於2015年6月筲箕灣東旭苑高層單位的668萬元。11月第二高是香港仔逸港居一低層單位，成交價錄585萬元。第三高是筲箕灣愛蝶灣一中層單位，成交價錄578.0萬元。
