居屋上季買賣升近三成

　受惠白表免補地價居屋買家湧入市場，加上有居屋貨尾推售，中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇指出，全港三十個主要居屋屋苑第三季二手買賣合約登記暫錄533宗（截至9月24日），總值14.57億元，按季上升27.8%及20.6%。

　在三十個主要居屋屋苑中，天水圍天頌苑第三季暫錄80宗買賣登記居首，總值1.52億元。馬鞍山錦豐苑錄33宗，位列第二，總值1.06億元。屯門兆康苑錄30宗，排名第三位，總值7,197.7萬元。與此同時，天頌苑的宗數增幅亦是一眾屋苑之冠，80宗暫錄登記按季急升3.4倍。其次為觀塘曉麗苑，27宗上升2.9倍。

公屋買賣上月回落38%

　另外，利嘉閣地產研究部主管周滿傑表示，公屋造價飛漲及賣盤供應從缺，「白居二」熱潮不斷減退，拖累公屋第二市場買賣持續滑落，8月暫錄28宗個案，涉及金額4,472.2萬元，較7月的45宗及7,272.9萬元分別下跌38%及39%。
