世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示,一名區外買家成功以連補地價,於自由市場以$293萬購入將軍澳顯明苑中層11室,單位實用面積213平方呎,開放式戶型外望山景,業主放盤連補地價$340萬,近日調整至$300萬,即獲買家以$293萬承接,累計減價$47萬,減幅達13%,折合實用面積呎價為$13,756。
魏仕良續指,原業主於1996年6月以$35.7萬(未補地價)購入物業至今,持貨27年,由於目前屬連補地價出售,但相信扣除補地價,單位升幅亦相當顯著。
