美聯物業將軍澳區域營業董事劉卓豪表示，日前促成將軍澳東港城7座中層A室，實用面積623平方呎，建築面積796平方呎，屬於3房連套房間隔，單位四正企理，累減$192萬，成交價$808萬，實用面積平均呎價$12,970，建築面積平均呎價$10,151。
據了解，原業主於2010年9月以$405萬買入上述單位，是次轉手帳面獲利$403萬，升值接近1倍。
