將軍澳景明苑累減$150萬至$310萬沽出

世紀21物業-魏仕良經理表示，一名區外買家成功以連補地價，於自由市場以310萬元，購入將軍澳景明苑𣌀景閣（A座）中層8室，單位實用面積401平方呎，新裝修兩房戶單位望山景，原業主早於去年年初叫價$460萬放盤，放盤一年多累計減價$150萬，減幅超過三成二，實用面積平均呎價為$7,731。

魏仕良續指，原業主於1988年以$21.26萬(未補地價)買入物業至今，現在以$310萬成功沽出，由於現時連補地價出售，未能直接比較。
