香港文匯報訊(記者 蘇洪鏘)商場物業錄大額成交,據土地註冊處資料顯示,黃大仙龍翔道120號新光中心地下入口、1至4樓,連同37個車位,於今年初以9.06億元易手,商場總樓面約95,340方呎,折合呎價9,503元。物業原先由新光酒樓集團持有,自1986年以3,872萬元購入,持貨至今大幅升值22倍;至於新買家為中善實業有限公司,其公司董事為楊維,為富臨集團之管理層。
