富臨9億購新光中心商場

香港文匯報訊（記者蘇洪鏘）商場物業錄大額成交，據土地註冊處資料顯示，黃大仙龍翔道120號新光中心地下入口、1至4樓，連同37個車位，於今年初以9.06億元易手，商場總樓面約95,340方呎，折合呎價9,503元。物業原先由新光酒樓集團持有，自1986年以3,872萬元購入，持貨至今大幅升值22倍；至於新買家為中善實業有限公司，其公司董事為楊維，為富臨集團之管理層。
