安峰大廈一籃子叫價3億

 香港文匯報訊(記者 周穎)中區大樓面舖位渴市,吸引投資者放售物業套利。美聯商業袁錦培表示,香港半山堅道110至118號安峰大廈地下B至E舖及1至3樓全層放售,業主意向金額3億元,折合呎價10,132元,以部分連約及交吉形式交易。

 上述物業總樓面面積29,610方呎,其中地舖面積佔3,744方呎;1樓樓面面積8,406方呎;2樓及3樓面積分別佔8,730方呎。據了解,物業現時少部分出租商舖租金收入已接近10萬,倘上述一籃子商舖悉數出租,業主可穩收接近3厘租金回報。

 近日觀塘區買賣氣氛持續暢旺。中原(工商舖)李文光表示,萬兆豐中心高層G及H室,建築面積約4,376方呎,為發展商餘貨單位,剛獲外籍用家以近3,000萬元連車位購入,單位可擁開揚山景及都市景。

確認人身份推售萬兆豐

 此外,萬兆豐中心新近錄得一宗二手個案,該單位為低層C室,面積2,475方呎,以1,700餘萬元易手,折合呎價7,100元,略低於市價。該盤迅即吸引投資者入市,並隨即以確認人身份推售該物業,意向叫價約每方呎7,800元。
