好景商場拆售入場260萬

香港文匯報訊（記者蘇洪鏘）商場拆售蔚然成風，位於旺角鬧市地段的好景商場2樓分拆出79個舖位出售，入場價由260萬元起，預計售罄可套現約3億元。據了解，業主殿堂投資持有旺角多個商場及舖位物業，今次乃公司首次將旗下物業拆售。

旺角好景商場2樓全層甫於6月底以約1.26億元易手，由殿堂投資承接，涉及建築樓面約12,000方呎，新近擬分拆出約79個舖位出售，建築面積由60餘至300餘方呎，入場費260萬元起，估計平均呎價逾3萬元。項目下周起收票，料最快8月底開售。

提供兩年5厘回報保證

殿堂投資董事余旻修說，今次公司首次有旗下商場拆售，更提供首兩年約5厘租金回報保證，相信今次售情理想。他又稱，是次裝修及翻新工程斥資約2,000萬元。
