香港置業港灣豪庭分行分區董事黃志明表示，日前促成奧運君滙港5座極高層G室，實用面積約474平方呎，建築面積約617平方呎，屬2房間隔，望開揚城市及山景，單位以月租$2.1萬放盤僅3天即獲區外客接洽，雙方經議價以約$2萬成交，實用面積平均呎租約$42.2，建築面積平均呎租約$32.4。
據了解，新租客為一位中環銀行工作的青年人，心儀單位乾淨企理，景觀開揚，而且擁有蓋天橋連接奧運站，故睇樓2次後即決定承租上述單位。業主於2012年10月以約$638萬購入上述單位，若以現時的租金水平計算，業主享回報約3.7厘。
