太古城租盤按月多8%

　香港文匯報訊　中原地產趙鴻運表示，上月太古城租賃交投平穩，錄得59宗成交，實用呎租維持約37元，建築呎租約32元，對比4月呎租並無大變化。現時該區租賃放盤錄267個，按月上升約8%。市場最新促成海天閣低層B室租賃，三房間隔，業主3月中放盤叫價33,000元，最終減價至31,000元租出，折合實用呎租約39元，折合建築呎租約34元，仍屬市價。
