上述成交單位為C座低層19室,實用面積384呎,兩房一廳,日前原業主放盤約10日即獲區外客垂青。由於買家的兒子居於屏欣苑,故安排住同屋苑以方便照顧,主要心儀兩個單位屬「樓上樓下」,加上原業主計劃套現換樓,增加議幅累積減價達$28萬,上述買家獲兒子出資,遂便決定以$302萬(居二市場價)購入上址作自住之用,以實用面積計算平均呎價為$7865。
