祥益地產高級分行經理表示，日前天水圍居屋屏欣苑錄得一宗區外客的買賣成交個案，原業主於2018年以約$192.1萬(居二市場價)購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約高達$109.9萬。

上述成交單位為C座低層19室，實用面積384呎，兩房一廳，日前原業主放盤約10日即獲區外客垂青。由於買家的兒子居於屏欣苑，故安排住同屋苑以方便照顧，主要心儀兩個單位屬「樓上樓下」，加上原業主計劃套現換樓，增加議幅累積減價達$28萬，上述買家獲兒子出資，遂便決定以$302萬(居二市場價)購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$7865。
