林氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為A座高層4室，實用面積447呎，日前獲區內客垂青。該買家為綠表客，鍾情單位附設新裝連部分傢電，可即買即住，加上客廳及房間均擁開揚景觀，而且原業主增加議幅，累計減價達$42萬，上述買家遂便決定以$408萬購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$9,128。
