天水圍天富苑K座高層3房戶首置客以$430萬成交升值逾三倍

祥益地產 - 謝利官經理近日表示，天水圍居屋天富苑K座高層的一個單位成功吸引了區內首置客，原業主於2008年以約$94.9萬購入此單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約$335.1萬，升值逾三倍。

謝氏說明，該成交單位實用面積650平方呎，配置為三房兩廳連套廁的設計，近期由區內首置客購得。該買家持有綠表資格，對大實用面積和單位的整潔裝修感到滿意。加之，原業主從開盤價$480萬累減至$430萬出售，使得成交價格非常吸引，平均每平方呎價格為$6615，完全符合買家對價格和居住環境的預期，因此決定購入此單位作為自住之用。
