香港文匯報訊 (記者梁悅琴)新盤再爆爭客戰。將軍澳天晉IIIB次批81伙及大埔嵐山II期新一批33伙昨晚同步開售，前者全晚售出57伙，佔推售單位70%；後者首半小時沽出逾80%單位，即26伙，當中5伙開放戶沽清。

新地昨晚原價加推天晉IIIB的81伙，除保留原有折扣，更新增優惠，天晉系列的買家選購今批價單中指定單位，可額外獲樓價1%現金回贈，共有25間，主要為2房戶。消息指，昨晚約有200多台客到場。

至於昨晚原價加推大埔嵐山II期28伙，分布於第1及2座，其中28個單位的平均呎價10,169元，折實呎價8,694元，售價由508.1萬元至917.3萬元，當中2房戶(實呎504)售價508.1萬元，折實入場434.4萬元，3房戶(實呎751)售價697.7萬元，折實入場596.5萬元，折實呎價7,943元，另外5伙早前未能以「1+親」形式售出的開放式單位，分布於第1座8、9、12、15、18樓A室，原價由198萬元至207.2萬元，加價18.5%後，售價由234萬元至244.9萬元，折實售價200萬元至209.4萬元。

玖瓏山首批收近二千票

另外，今早推售的沙田九肚玖瓏山首批210伙昨日下午截票，消息指，累收1,955票，超額登記8.3倍。

深水埗時尚華庭載樓書

至於由周年茂持有的華業控股於深水埗九江街時尚華庭昨日上載售樓書，此盤共有120伙，實用面積由264方呎至342方呎。
